INITIAL CONSULTATION AGREEMENT

This Initial Consultation Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions of a Consultation meeting between SONIA PLAZAS (the RCIC) acting on behalf of Formula Canada Immigration Ltd., (“we” or “us”) and the undersigned Client (“you”).

  • Purpose of Consultation

To determine the nature of your immigration inquiry based on the various streams of immigration; to answer your questions to the best of our ability; to identify your options and, to discuss with you the advantages of each; to provide you with the necessary information to assist you in what course of action you wish to take; to determine the next steps in the process, as mutually agreed upon.

  • No legal Authority Granted

You agree and understand that this agreement does not constitute an engagement of our representative to act as your Authorized Representative in respect of any matters relating to Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada, and/or the Canada Border Services Agency.

  • Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws in effect in the Province of Alberta, and the federal laws of Canada. Please be advised that the RCIC is a member in good standing of the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC), and as such, is bound by its By-law, Code of Professional Ethics, and Regulations.

  • Payment Terms and Conditions

In exchange for scheduling a Consultation with a consultant of up to 50 minutes in duration, you agree to pay a Non-Refundable Consultation Fee to Formula Canada Immigration Ltd. If you wish to re-schedule your Consultation appointment, you may do so with at least 48-hour’ notice provided to us without penalty.

Professional Fees: $ 200 CAD

  • Acceptance

By clicking the acceptance checkbox during the online booking and payment process of your immigration consultation, you indicate you acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions set forth above in this Agreement on the date of acceptance, and acknowledge that any further engagement of our consultant will require a further written Agreement with different terms.
